At Costa Rehab & Wellness, we understand that healthcare can be confusing, that’s why we have opted for a hybrid practice. Operating a hybrid practice, simply means that we accept various major insurance carriers for traditional physical therapy services, and alternatively - we have various self-pay options that patients can enjoy as well. Doing this, allows us to cater to all patients and better serve the greater tri-county area.

At our facility, you’re provided with evidence-based, individualized care, that’s best suited for YOU.

Sessions are always 1:1, with consistent feedback from your provider.
