A comprehensive review of the body with an emphasis on overall wellness and daily habits. This service will include injury prevention habits, training tips, & lifestyle integration; as well as a generalized injury prevention program going forward, personalized to each individual.

If your running form feels off or you’ve had recurring injuries, schedule a gait analysis. We record your run outdoors or on a treadmill, carefully review the video, and provide you with targeted exercises and practical adjustments to correct the problems and reduce your risk of re-injury.

Utilizing monofilament needles to assist in reducing tissue restriction, improving mobility, and assisting in pain reduction - through an evidence-based neuro-physiological approach.

Utilizing red-light/near-infrared light as a holistic alternative to assist in producing positive outcomes for skin & hair health, decreased pain, improvement in joint & muscle function, & assisting in scar management. Followed by relaxation & improved circulation, with the use of NORMATEC vasopneumatic compression devices (i.e. legs or hips).
